Who else sees the job I post?
Operators whose service area, vehicle type and availability match the trip. You are not broadcasting your client list to the whole industry — the job goes out with the trip detail an operator needs to run it, and the claiming operator sees the passenger only once you have accepted them.
What stops someone stealing my customer?
The passenger books with you, is billed by you, and sees your brand. The operator who runs the trip is covering it on your behalf, on terms you set. If you would rather only use operators you already know, restrict it to your own affiliate list and the open marketplace never sees it.
How is the rate decided?
You set what you are willing to pay when you post. There is no auction driving your own farm-out rate down, and no algorithm deciding what your work is worth.
What does it cost?
On LG Connect, $5 per ride you claim and complete. On the paid plans there is no per-trip charge at all — posting and claiming is part of the subscription.
Can I use it with operators who are not on LimoGrid?
Yes. GNET bridges to operators running other dispatch software, so the affiliate you have trusted for a decade does not have to switch anything for this to work.
Do I have to use it at all?
No. Plenty of companies run LimoGrid purely as their dispatch system. The Grid sits there until the night you need it.
