Shopping around
We would rather you compared us properly.
An operator who signs up without checking the alternatives cancels in March. So here are our competitors' own published prices, with the date we checked them, and the questions that actually separate these products.
Head to head
LimoGrid vs Limo Anywhere
The incumbent. Deeply established, a very large installed base, and a pricing model that scales with how many trips you run — which means the bill grows at exactly the moment you are busiest.

- Passenger app
- Passenger PWA is a $199 + $99 / month add-on on CORE and PLUS, included on BLACK (from $549 / month)

- In-house processing (Limo Anywhere Pay)
- Sends you work
- Affiliate network of other Limo Anywhere customers
Head to head
LimoGrid vs Moovs
The modern challenger, and a genuinely good-looking product. Clean software, strong marketing, and a free tier that gets you in the door — with the passenger app priced as a serious separate purchase.
- Their entry plan
- $149 / month
- Passenger app
- $499 / month plus a $1,000 setup fee, as an add-on
- Card processing
- Moovs Payments (built on Stripe)
- Sends you work
- Farm-in / farm-out with affiliates (from Standard); no marketplace that sends you work

However you decide
Questions to ask any vendor.
Including us. If a vendor gets cagey on one of these, that is the answer.
Does the price go up when I get busier?
Ask for the per-trip charge above the included tier, and multiply it by your best month rather than your average one. On LimoGrid there is no per-trip charge on any paid plan.
Is the passenger app included or an add-on?
On LimoGrid the passenger PWA is on every plan, by default. A native listing on the App Store and Google Play is optional on Pro Plus, with a $199 setup. Get the monthly figure and the setup figure from anyone else in writing before you sign.
Do I have to use their credit-card processor?
Ask, in writing. Moovs runs cards on Moovs Payments (built on Stripe) at the rate built into each plan, and Limo Anywhere's pricing lists its own in-house processing, Limo Anywhere Pay. On LimoGrid you connect the merchant account you already have. The rate you negotiated stays yours, and you can take it with you.
Who owns the customer?
If the booking arrives under somebody else's brand, you are renting the relationship. A white-label app and portal under your own name is the difference between a customer and a lead.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Ask for the export format, in writing, before you migrate in. Any vendor that hesitates has told you something important.
Will this software ever send me work?
Almost every answer in this industry is no. Software vendors sell you a tool and wish you luck finding the rides. Ask anyway — the answer tells you what you are actually buying.
Can I keep the affiliates I already have?
If the answer requires your affiliates to switch software too, it is not a real answer. GNET lets jobs move between operators on different platforms.

Thirty minutes, your reservations, your rates. If it does not fit how you run, we will tell you so rather than sell you a plan you will cancel in March.
