The awkward questions.

Which plans include LimoGrid AI?

All of them, the free LG Connect included. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok and the assistant works through LimoGrid's commands, limited to what your plan and your own user can do, with a preview before anything changes.

Is the passenger app included?

The passenger PWA is on every plan, by default. A native listing on the App Store and Google Play is optional on Pro Plus, with a one-time $199 setup.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can move between them or cancel from inside the software. The $199 setup fee on Pro and Pro Plus covers migration of your existing reservations, accounts and rates, and it is charged once.

What does the $5 per ride on LG Connect apply to?

Only to jobs you claim from the Grid that you actually complete. Work that comes from your own customers is yours, and LimoGrid takes nothing from it on any plan.

What happens if I go over my reservation limit?

Nothing breaks and no job is blocked. We flag it and talk to you about moving up a plan — running out of room because you are busy is not a reason to have a bad night.

Do I have to use LimoGrid's credit-card processor?

No. You connect the merchant account you already have — Authorize.Net, Stripe, Square or Midwest — and keep the rate you negotiated. Moovs runs cards on Moovs Payments at the rate built into each plan, and Limo Anywhere's pricing lists its own in-house processing.

Do I have to use the marketplace to use the software?

No. Plenty of operators run LimoGrid purely as their dispatch system and never post or claim a job. The Grid is there when you want it — a vehicle sitting idle on a Tuesday or a 4am airport run you cannot cover yourself.

Can I work with companies that are not on LimoGrid?

Yes, through GNET. Your affiliates keep whatever software they already run and jobs still pass between you with the trip details, status and billing intact.

What does it cost to move off LimoGrid?

Nothing, and your data comes with you. We will export your reservations, accounts and rates in a format your next system can read. An operator who stays because leaving is painful is not a customer, they are a hostage.

Something here not clear? Ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.

Pick the plan, or let us tell you which one.

Thirty minutes on your actual reservations. If Pro is more than you need, we will say Lite and take the smaller number.
