Head to head
LimoGrid vs Limo Anywhere
The incumbent. Deeply established, a very large installed base, and a pricing model that scales with how many trips you run — which means the bill grows at exactly the moment you are busiest.
Side by side
The numbers, from their page and ours.

Whose processor
You keep the merchant account.
Limo Anywhere's pricing lists in-house payment processing — Limo Anywhere Pay, powered by its owner Fullsteam. Before you sign, ask whether you can keep charging on your own merchant account and at what rate. On LimoGrid you connect the processor you already have — Authorize.net, Stripe, Square, Midwest — and the rate you negotiated stays yours.
The honest part
When you should not switch.
If you already run Limo Anywhere and it works, the honest answer is that switching dispatch software mid-season is a real cost and you should not do it casually. The case for moving is not that their software is bad — it is that your bill rises with your volume, that card processing comes as part of their package, and that their network connects you to their customers rather than sending you work.
