Cards taken inside Moovs go through Moovs Payments, built on Stripe, at the rate built into your plan — 3.4% + $0.30 on Standard, 3% + $0.30 on Pro. The rate comes with the plan rather than from your own merchant agreement. On LimoGrid the merchant account is yours.
The honest part
When you should not switch.
Moovs is well built and their customers like them; the review counts are real. Three things separate us. Their passenger app is an add-on at $499 a month plus $1,000 to set up; our PWA is on every plan, and a native listing on the App Store and Google Play is Pro Plus at +$199 setup. Cards in Moovs go through Moovs Payments at the plan's rate, not your own merchant account. And Moovs will not send you a single job — no dispatch vendor except us will.
