Limo Anywhere alternative: what to compare before you switch

Thinking about leaving Limo Anywhere? Compare trip-volume pricing, card processing, the passenger app and farm-out costs first, with worked numbers and an honest case for staying.

A good Limo Anywhere alternative should cost less at your real trip volume, let you keep your own merchant account, include a passenger app without an add-on bill, and farm work out without a per-trip surcharge. Before you switch, compare those four things with your own numbers, not the vendor's brochure.

Limo Anywhere is a serious, established product, and plenty of operators should stay on it. This guide lays out what it does well, where the model can pinch, and how LimoGrid compares line by line. There is also a section on when you should not switch.

All Limo Anywhere figures are as of September 2026, taken from Limo Anywhere's pricing page and the other pages linked inline. Check them before you decide; prices change.

What does Limo Anywhere do well?

Scale and longevity. As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere says it serves "nearly 5,400 operators in 60+ countries" on its homepage, and it has been owned by Fullsteam since October 2022. A large base means your drivers and affiliates may already know it.

It also covers a lot of ground. As of September 2026:

  • The driver app, Driver Anywhere, is included in all plans (pricing).
  • It runs its own affiliate network, LA Net.
  • The BLACK plan includes Auto Farm, which automates affiliate farm-outs.
  • GNET farm-in is native (knowledge base).
  • It announced a website AI agent in May 2025 and opened early access to the LQC AI Sales Agent (ChatBot) in November 2025, for questions, pricing and leads.

If those are the features you use every day, the bar for switching is high, and it should be.

Why do operators look for a Limo Anywhere alternative?

Mostly the pricing model, not the software. As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere's plans are priced by trip volume:

  • CORE: $99 to $1,210 per month
  • PLUS: $249 to $3,399 per month
  • BLACK: $549 to $5,999 per month

The tiers span 150 to 15,000 trips a month. Setup is $299, $599 or $899 depending on the plan. Above set volumes there is an overage charge: $0.25 per trip above 500 trips on CORE, and $0.20 per trip above 1,500 on PLUS and above 5,000 on BLACK.

Nothing about this is hidden. But trip-volume pricing means your software bill goes up in exactly the months you work hardest. The other pressure points are the passenger app add-on, card processing, and the cost of farming out through GNET. We cover each below.

What does switching actually save? Worked examples

These use published prices only. Your own quote may differ, so run the same arithmetic on it.

A busy month on CORE

Say you run 800 trips in your best month on CORE. That is 300 trips over the 500-trip threshold. 300 × $0.25 = $75 in overage, on top of the tier price. On PLUS, a 2,000-trip month is 500 trips over 1,500, and 500 × $0.20 = $100. On LimoGrid there is no per-trip charge on any paid plan, and going over a plan's reservation limit never blocks a job.

The passenger app

On CORE and PLUS, the passenger PWA is an add-on at $199 plus $99 a month, as of September 2026. The first year is $199 + (12 × $99) = $199 + $1,188 = $1,387. On LimoGrid the passenger PWA is included on every plan, including the free one.

First-year software cost

Here is the honest version, because it does not always favor us. At CORE's entry price of $99/month, the first year is (12 × $99) + $299 = $1,487. LimoGrid Pro is (12 × $179.99) + $299 = $2,458.88. On software alone, entry-level CORE is cheaper.

Add the passenger PWA and CORE becomes $1,487 + $1,387 = $2,874, against $2,458.88 for LimoGrid Pro with the PWA included. And CORE's entry price covers the lowest volume tier; as your trips grow, the CORE price moves up its $99 to $1,210 range, while LimoGrid Pro stays $179.99 up to 500 reservations. Pro Plus, at $279.99/month plus $299 setup, removes the reservation limit entirely.

Can you keep your own merchant account?

As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere's pricing lists in-house processing, Limo Anywhere Pay, powered by Fullsteam. Ask whether you can keep your own merchant account on the plan you are considering, and get the answer in writing.

LimoGrid is not a payment processor. You connect your own Authorize.Net, Stripe, Square or Midwest account, and the rate you negotiated stays yours. With Authorize.Net, cards are entered through the Accept.js hosted form, so card data never touches your servers, and saved cards live in Authorize.Net customer profiles. Payments and invoice charges carry idempotency keys, so a retried request does not charge a client twice. PayLink sends the passenger a link with the trip already on the page; they add a tip and pay before the car moves.

The detailed case for this model is in limo company credit card processing: keep your own merchant account.

How does farm-out work after you switch?

As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere supports GNET farm-in natively and GNET farm-out through Addons, at an extra per-trip cost, according to its knowledge base. GNET itself, run by GRiDD Technologies, is free to register and charges on completed reservations sent or received (GNET FAQ), whichever dispatch software you use.

LimoGrid supports GNET webhooks for farm-in and farm-out, including farm-out and fleet cancellation, with status and billing flowing back. Alongside GNET, the Grid is our own marketplace. You post a job you cannot cover and set the rate; there is no auction. The passenger stays your customer, billed by you, under your brand. You can restrict a post to your own affiliates. On paid plans there is no per-trip fee for posting or claiming; on the free LG Connect plan it is $5 per claimed and completed ride.

For a one-off or affiliate driver, DriverLink sends the job as a secure link that needs no login, and keeps a history of every link sent.

When should you not switch from Limo Anywhere?

Stay where you are if any of these is true:

  • Auto Farm or LA Net carries a big share of your work. Those are Limo Anywhere features. Moving means rebuilding that farm-out flow on the Grid and GNET, and some affiliate relationships take time to rebuild.
  • You want a website AI sales chatbot now. Limo Anywhere documents one; LimoGrid does not offer a website chatbot today. Our AI today is AI reservations, which turn an email, PDF or screenshot into a trip on Pro. See AI reservations from email and PDF.
  • You are happy with in-house processing. Not managing a merchant account is a real convenience. If the rate works for you, that is a reasonable choice.
  • Your volume sits at the bottom of CORE and you do not need the passenger app. As the arithmetic above shows, entry-level CORE is cheaper on software alone.
  • It is your busiest month. Switch in a quiet stretch, never in prom or holiday season.

How does switching to LimoGrid work?

The $299 setup fee on Pro and Pro Plus covers migration of your reservations, accounts and rates. Pro Plus adds priority onboarding and data migration. Plans are month to month with no contract, and if you ever leave, data export is free.

A sensible plan: pick a quiet Tuesday to start, run both systems side by side for a short overlap, move future reservations first, and keep your old account until your first invoice run in LimoGrid balances. Get your drivers on the driver app early; login is by one-time code, and updates ship over the air.

Frequently asked questions

Is LimoGrid cheaper than Limo Anywhere?

It depends on your volume and whether you need the passenger app. On software alone, entry-level CORE is cheaper than LimoGrid Pro; with the passenger PWA added, LimoGrid Pro's first-year cost is lower in our worked example, and its price does not rise with volume up to Pro's 500-reservation limit.

Can I move my data from Limo Anywhere to LimoGrid?

Yes. The setup fee on Pro and Pro Plus covers migration of reservations, accounts and rates.

Will I lose my GNET affiliates?

GNET connects operators on different dispatch software, and LimoGrid supports GNET farm-in and farm-out. GNET relationships are not tied to your dispatch software; LA Net and Auto Farm are Limo Anywhere features and do not move with you.

Do I have to change my credit card processor?

No. LimoGrid connects to your own Authorize.Net, Stripe, Square or Midwest account.

Is there a contract?

No. LimoGrid plans are month to month, and data export on leaving is free.
