How does pricing compare: trip tiers vs built-in card rates?

Limo Anywhere pricing

As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere has three plans priced by trip volume: CORE at $99 to $1,210 per month, PLUS at $249 to $3,399, and BLACK at $549 to $5,999, spanning 150 to 15,000 trips a month. Setup is $299, $599 or $899. Overage is $0.25 per trip above 500 trips on CORE, and $0.20 per trip above 1,500 on PLUS and above 5,000 on BLACK.

Moovs pricing

As of September 2026, Moovs offers Test Drive free (10 trips a month, 1 user, 4% + $0.30), Standard at $149/month plus $299 setup (150 trips, 3 users, 3.4% + $0.30), Pro at $199/month plus $299 setup (5 users, 3% + $0.30), and Enterprise from $999/month, custom. Moovs' pricing page lists the Pro trip allowance as 1,000 a month in one place and 250 in another (as of September 2026), so confirm it with Moovs before you plan around it.

Worked example: a 400-trip month

Say you run 400 trips a month at an average fare of $150, all on card. That is $60,000 in card volume.

• Limo Anywhere CORE: on CORE, 400 trips is under the 500-trip overage threshold, so there is no overage. The monthly price is whichever CORE tier covers 400 trips, somewhere in the $99 to $1,210 range; ask for the exact figure. Card processing is separate from the software price.
• Moovs Pro: $199 for the plan. Card fees at 3% + $0.30 are $1,800 + $120 = $1,920. The software line is small; the card line is the big one.
• LimoGrid Pro: $179.99 for the plan, which covers up to 500 reservations. Card fees go to your own processor at whatever rate you negotiated.

Worked example: an 800-trip month

Same $150 average, now $120,000 in card volume.

• Limo Anywhere CORE: 300 trips over 500 at $0.25 is $75, on top of the tier price.
• Moovs Pro: under the 1,000-trip allowance, if that is the one that applies (at 250 you would need Enterprise). Card fees are 3% of $120,000 = $3,600, plus 800 × $0.30 = $240, for $3,840.
• LimoGrid: at 800 trips a month you belong on Pro Plus at $279.99, which has no reservation limit. Card fees go to your processor.

The pattern: Limo Anywhere's cost climbs with trip count, Moovs' cost climbs with revenue, and a flat plan climbs with neither. None of these is wrong. A shop with high fares and low trip counts feels Moovs' percentage more; a shuttle operation with many low-fare trips feels per-trip overage more.

How do payments differ?

As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere's pricing lists in-house processing, Limo Anywhere Pay, powered by Fullsteam, which has owned Limo Anywhere since October 2022. Ask whether you can keep your own merchant account on your plan.

As of September 2026, Moovs runs payments on Moovs Payments, built on Stripe, with the card rate built into each plan.

Both approaches save you from managing a separate merchant relationship. The trade-off is that the rate is set by the vendor. What does the passenger app cost on each?

As of September 2026:

• Limo Anywhere: the passenger PWA is an add-on at $199 plus $99/month on CORE and PLUS, and included on BLACK (pricing). First year on CORE or PLUS: $199 + (12 × $99) = $1,387.
• Moovs: the passenger app is an add-on at $499/month plus $1,000 setup (pricing). First year: $1,000 + (12 × $499) = $6,988.

These are not necessarily the same product, so compare what each includes. On LimoGrid, the passenger PWA is on every plan, and Pro Plus adds native iOS and Android apps in the stores for a $199 one-time setup. Details are on the passenger app page.

How do affiliates and farm-out compare?

As of September 2026, Limo Anywhere runs the LA Net affiliate network, and its BLACK plan includes Auto Farm for automated farm-out. GNET farm-in is native; GNET farm-out goes through Addons at an extra per-trip cost (knowledge base).

As of September 2026, Moovs' pricing page lists farm-in and farm-out from the Standard plan up. If farm-out is a big part of your business, ask either vendor to demo it with a real job.

LimoGrid combines the Grid, its own marketplace, with GNET. On the Grid the poster sets the rate, there is no auction, and the passenger stays the poster's customer under the poster's brand. Paid plans pay no per-trip fee to post or claim.

Which has better AI: Limo Anywhere or Moovs?

As of September 2026, Moovs documents more AI features. Its Miles AI assistant answers questions, quotes and books on your website and helps internally with the inbox, and its AI Voice Agent answers calls and transfers to a person. Its pricing page also lists AI trip uploads from CSV and PDF files: one a month on Standard, five on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.

Limo Anywhere announced a website AI agent in May 2025 and opened early access to its LQC AI Sales Agent (ChatBot) in November 2025, aimed at questions, pricing and leads.

LimoGrid's AI today is on the back-office side: AI reservations. Paste a booking email, or upload a PDF or a screenshot, and the AI extracts the trip, shows what it found and what is missing, and creates the reservation once you have reviewed it. Where does LimoGrid fit, and when does it not?

LimoGrid fits between the two models: a flat monthly price with no per-trip charge on any paid plan, and payments through your own processor. It suits operators who want to keep their merchant rate, want a passenger web app without an add-on bill, have more office staff than a user cap allows (Pro and Pro Plus have unlimited users), and farm work in and out. Plans are month to month, the setup fee covers migration of reservations, accounts and rates, and data export on leaving is free.
